• A visitor travelling with an eTA (Electronics Travel Authorization);
• Child aged under 14;
• Refugee or protected person who is already in the system as a student or worker

There is a change in the language requirements in the current express entry Canada procedure. At the present, when you score 7s for French in the NCLC and score Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4 for all your English tests or if you didn’t take an English test you get an additional 15 points. And you get an additional 30 points if you scored CLB 5 or higher in all four English skills.
