Investors who meet all the requirements of this Canadian immigration program, along with their immediate family members, may obtain their Canadian permanent resident visas (so long as they are not found inadmissible for medical or security reasons).

Quebec Investor Program

The Quebec Investor category of Canadian immigration allows qualified immigrant investors who intend to reside in Quebec to obtain a Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visa by investing CAD$800,000 risk-free through an approved financial intermediary or by financing that investment. Note: eligible applicants with advanced intermediate French ability are exempt from the quota and may submit an application until March 31, 2017.
