There are three Streams under Employer Job Offer Category::
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) helps employers meet their human resource needs for workers, by enabling them to recruit foreign workers and international students.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) offers an opportunity for skilled foreign workers with a job offer to permanently live and work in Ontario.
Applicants can only apply if they have received a full-time job offer of an indeterminate duration from an Ontario employer and have a completed and signed Employer Form to upload as part of the application package.

When the applicant is nominated:
If the application is successful, the applicant will receive a Letter of Nomination along with the OINP Confirmation of Nomination document by mail.
The applicant must submit an application for permanent residence within six months of being nominated by OINP and include copies of the Letter of Nomination and the OINP Confirmation of Nomination document.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) offers an opportunity for in-demand foreign workers with a job in specific occupations in the agricultural and construction sectors offer to permanently live and work in Ontario.
To be eligible to apply for the In-Demand Skills Stream, at the time of application, the applicant must have a job offer from an eligible Ontario employer that meets the following criteria:

Important: Definition of a “Full-Time Job Offer of an Indeterminate Duration”
A full-time job offer of an indeterminate duration is an offer of employment with no end date and consists of a minimum of 30 hours per week and at least 1,560 hours in a one year period.

Note: Refugee claimants with an application to remain in Canada that is pending are not eligible to apply for nomination by the OINP. A refugee claimant whose claim has been rejected, abandoned or withdrawn must exit Canada prior to applying for OINP. Refugee claimants may only apply to OINP once they have left Canada.
