Provincial and Federal immigration program criteria can change at any time. SINP applicants will be assessed against Provincial program criteria and eligibility requirements in place when their application was submitted.
The federal government sets the amount of nominations the SINP can make every year. The SINP also accepts a maximum number of applications, as per the application thresholds for each year.
